7:00 PM Public Hearings:  Public Hearing #1 is to receive comments on the Town’s plan to secure a loan for the amount of $60,000 for a period of 5 years to purchase the parking  lot located at the corner of Center Street and S. High Street.  Public Hearing #2 is to receive public comment on the proposed Real Estate Tax rate of $0.17 per $100 of assessed value for 2026.

(A) Authorize the Mayor and Town Treasurer to sign all documents involved with a $60,000 loan for a period of 5 years from F&M Bank.

(B) Approval of Real Estate Tax Rate for 2026

(A) Consider a Resolution establishing April 2026 as National Autism Acceptance Month

(B) Discuss amendments to the Town’s Budget for the period beginning July 1, 2025 and ending June 30, 2026

(C) Discuss proposed Budget for the period beginning July 1, 2026 and ending June 30, 2027

(D) Schedule a Public Hearing to receive comments on the proposed amendment of the 2025-2026 Budget and the proposed Budget for the period beginning July 1, 2026 and ending June 30, 2027
